The design challenge couldn't be more different as designer Christi Proctor takes a hodgepodge of a study and tries to give the room a touch of elegance and wit.Meanwhile, speaking of wit, Frank Bielec is at least halfway there already and is charged with giving his plain living room a Southwestern feel and the ever-elusive ""understated elegance.""
