The heroin crisis rages on in the idyllic suburbs north of Atlanta, nicknamed "The Heroin Triangle." Interventionist Heather Hayes enlists the help of her colleague Donna Chavous to further investigate the city's handling of the epidemic. Zac's family history of violence and drug abuse threatens to undermine his intervention. And flush with the money from his tax return, Billy and Tiffany purchase heroin and check into a hotel.
